So had a back up I called Callahan they just up road and well $500 and couldn't do the job so next day I called reeds plumbing well they charged less and did the job Callahans couldn't do. Yea ill never make that mistake again you want it don right call the pro's

Had a new hot water tank installed! Everything from start to finish was professional, quick and friendly. The installer showed me all of the worked installed and went over operation and how to use the new pilot lighting system. There was no question left unanswered and I'm very happy with the whole process. This is my first time using Reeds Plumbing and would highly recommend their company and services to family and friends. Great job and thanks for the hot water!

I’m not sure that the ducks in the house have ever been cleaned, but I can tell you these guys did a top-notch job. My house is clean smells like it’s brand new. After our furnace going out Reeds was able to get out to us same day. The crew was very nice and professional. They identified the problem quickly and were able to get it back up and running.

Huge shout out to Dan, Roman and Jose! They came out and were able to help get our furnace replaced and moved to the attic. They will be back out in a week or so to finish setting the condenser (pushed due to the snow). I would recommend Reed's for any HVAC or plumbing projects!

I manage the Valvoline Express Care in Willard Mo and we had some serious plumbing issues that needed repairs quickly. They didn’t waste any time in getting out to the property to diagnose and then the next day repair what needed to be fixed. Both Shane and Jarrold (who made the repairs) were super friendly and great to work with. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs we may need

Had a clog in a main sewer line, Dave came out right on time and had it clear in about 30 minutes!

Dave has now made 2 service calls at our home. He is always professional and gives honest recommendations for repair vs replacement. He has 20+ years of experience and it shows in the quality of his work. He is also all about educating clients on the care of their home and its plumbing components so that the longest life possible is achieved. We are planning some more updates this year and will definitely call Reed’s

Reed’s plumbing has always been excellent to work with. Once again they were quick to get us scheduled to get us taken care of. This time our pipes were frozen and within two hours of calling to schedule, they were here and took care of us. The gentleman sent to take care of us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to give us advice on how to prevent this from happening again, by pointing out what caused our problem and how to fix it. I also requested to have an estimate of repairs to replace existing galvanized pipes with pex too have all new pex. They were here the same day and we are very happy with the result estimate. We have always had great success with Reeds Plumbing every time we needed a plumbing job done.

Incredible. Roman from Reeds is an incredible technician. I have a 2010 Rheem furnace that was shutting off after 5-10min. I cleaned the flame sensor but the problem persisted. I was dreading making the service call because an expensive part or new furnace is the LAST thing we wanted to hear about. Reed sent Roman out and Roman was extremely professional and courteous. Basically, he’s the guy you hope you’ll get when a technician shows up. It turned out that our systems drain channel had been clogged up and was shutting off the furnace as a safety protocol. That’s why it behaved intermittently and the times would vary. Roman was able to conduct a drain line inspection and clear the clog with a nitrogen purge. This repair was quite affordable. It was under $200 which was my hope. You really have to watch your back nowadays and do as much research as possible. If one doesn’t know their components, they can easily be taken advantage of and end up paying for things they don’t need. You don’t have to worry about that with Reeds. Reeds techs seem genuinely goal oriented towards getting you the most cost effective solution. Roman was HONEST. He could have easily told me that I needed a new $700-$1000 condenser motor replacement or sold us a new unit at a couple grand, but he is an honest bloke who is knowledgeable and good. He’s worth every penny. More, probably. I had him slap a Reeds sticker on the furnace so that all future repairs calls will be to them. I know ours certainly will be.

Called for a drain clog and Shane was out in like 30 minutes and gave me the option so I decided on the Hydro water option and I am waiting on an estimate for further repairs so this doesn’t keep happening. Shane and his helper did a great job and very knowledgeable. I would call them again.

I used Reeds Plumbing again yesterday and met up with Harry who has years of experience I was told. Harry did a great job of stopping the leak to my hot water line on my water heater. Harry installed all-around new metal pipe fittings to my water heater and best of all, no more leaks! Thank you Harry and Reeds Plumbing.

Had a problem with water draining from a bathtub in one room and instead of going out to the Septic, it came up in the Shower i the other bathroom and onto the floor. something was blocking it causing the problem. Needed to be able to clear it from the pipes running from Septic Tank to the bathroom. nothing tried before we called Reeds worked.

Dave is wonderful! Great job explains what was wrong and working to get it fixed. Sink was clogged deep in the line due to grease build up! We snaked multiple times and was able to get a hole made to allow drainage. Now to keep the kids from draining grease

YOU are the only company I know that the customer can see in real time by GPS location of the tech and get a text when he is on property. That is awesome. Thomas was more than professional. He was personable and went about his visit with a confidence that aired about him that said he knew his business. He was very helpful. Great experience. Dave was very helpful in diagnosing a problem with a septic system we have struggled with for years, and then Waylon and Will professionally and neatly fixed the problem. My septic system would overflow about twice a year, and we could never pinpoint the problem. We called Reed's based on a friend's recommendation. Dave came out same day and figured out why we had problems: Roots were growing through the line between the house and septic tank! I was so happy to finally have an answer and that there was a solution. Waylon and Will came out a few days later and were able to fix the problem. Despite several pipes in the way, they did not break a single one. They fixed the problem and put my landscaping stones back in place. Thank you Reed's!
