Repair crew of two arrived at my home and replaced/repaired three shower faucets well within estimated time frame. Had to install two access panels to reach two of the shower valves and everything was done neatly and professionally. All work was tested with no failures. Great job!!

Will the air conditioner service technician did a great job today, Wednesday, August 26, 2026. He was dispatched by John the inbound call center rep. and arrived at 8:20 a.m. and completed the repair and cleaning of the unit by 9:40 a.m. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils and once running determined that no refrigerant was needed.

Jose and Alfonso did an amazing job installing a whole new HVAC system at my home. They had to re-level the pad for the AC unit and did a fantastic job! The leveler I put on it does not lie. Amazing experience!!! Reed’s Plumbing has the process worked out so smoothly! We called at 8:00 am with an emergency, had a bid in hand with explanation from Josh by 9:30 am, and the team of plumbers (Drew and Sam) and excavator (Michael) and cleanup (Michael and Cash) were on the job by noon and finished the entire project before 6pm. The whole crew was great! Very professional and their obvious expertise made us feel at ease. They worked through the heat with a great attitude.
