Malachi handled the repair and was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on in a way that made sense, got it fixed without cutting corners, and left all the pipes neater and more serviceable than what they were before. What really stood out was that he left the space cleaner than he found it, with no mess and nothing to clean up after he left.

Tray and John did an excellent job repairing an AC flow line leak. This morning I woke up to water all over the place from an AC flow line leak and it sent me into a panic. I called Reeds Plumbing and they sent Tray and John and they both were great! They fixed my flow line problem that another AC company supposedly told me that I needed when I didn't. The elbow on the flow line that the other AC company installed caused sludge to build up in the drain pan and caused an overflow outside of the drain pan. Tray and John worked together to repair what another AC company screwed up on. I will from hereon call Reeds Plumbing.

Reeds was an excellent choice for my air conditioner replacement and sewer line repair. Their prices were fair and reasonable. The sewer crew did a great job and made an adjustment to prevent future issues.

The HVAC crew was great. They were respectful of my property while working. Alfonso and Jose explained everything and made sure to double check their work before they left.

Just had my septic pumped by Reed’s Plumbing - day before Fourth of July holiday. The lady who answered my call initially explained they were booked until the week after but she took the extra time to find me a slot. I was especially relieved, as we are hosting 12 people for a Fourth of July celebration. Robbie and Wayne came as promised and called to let me know they would be here in approximately 20 minutes. Robbie and Wayne were very professional and knowledgeable. They didn’t waste any time and began working immediately. I was also given a brief tutorial of how the septic system works and was shown that it was now empty. (Yucky-🤢) I definitely would recommend Reed’s for your septic issues. Oh, Reed’s is a lot more than just septic. Be sure to check them out!!

Excellent company! We called them for a hot water heater issue, they came right out and fixed the issue. Called them back for a sewer line issue, came out same day and fixed it right up. They also assisted with plumbing for a bathroom remodel as well. Always superior service and quick turn around time.

I usually don’t write reviews but today I will. My wife and me have a cabin in Stockton. From day one getting things done right from contractors has been a complete nightmare to say the least. Got taken for over $10,000. Then our mini splits were put in wrong with leaks. Contacted 2 hvac ppl to come out but they never showed. I finally got a hold of a guy who knew what he was doing to come and get us air. We have 5 rescue dogs with heat index in low 100’s. While we were waiting, my wife called Reeds. They ended up coming out within hours and even brought us a brand new 10,000 btu portable air unit. When Reeds got there to our cabin the other guy was already working on getting one of the 3 mini splits working. Dan, hvac manager from Reeds, said it looks like your guy has this under control. He, Dan, let us keep the air unit to get our cabin cool for us and the dogs. Just told us to bring it back and drop it off once we were all set. I can’t thank Reeds enough. Didn’t think companies were around anymore like that. Future issues, I will use Reeds 100%. They actually care about there customers and not always about money. We can’t thank you all enough. From my wife and fur babies, THANK YOU AGAIN!

Reed's Plumbing arrived within two hours of our leak starting, even though it was after hours. He quickly found that the problem wasn't plumbing but hvac, and he called the hvac team out. They arrived precisely at the time they said they would and fixed the problem very quickly. Their rates are reasonable, and Jose and Alfonso did an excellent job with the repair. I would highly recommend Reed's for hvac and plumbing!

Robbie and Glenn came out to take care of our SepticTank clean out. From the first phone call announcing their arrival asking about the parking preference on our property until they finished these two were perfect and considerate gentlemen. The little bit of digging for exposure to the cap left no mess to be cleaned up afterwords (and we're pretty good comedy relief as well) We have used Reed's for this service since 2009. Always service with a smile and usually next day availability!!! A lot of yes votes for this service.

Robby and Wayne came out after we noticed our septic tank was leaking. They were pleasant from the first phone call, incredibly helpful in explaining what they were going to do. They got it done quickly and made me feel not as stressed with the thought of another human having to see that. I would recommend them to anyone! Super happy with the experience with them and the company as a whole.

Reeds plumbing replaced my water softener for me. I purchased at a big box store and then scheduled installation with Reeds. The guys called before the scheduled time and arrived on time. Did a great job and it didn't take long at all. I would recommend Reeds and I will call them again for future needs.

I called in a crisis one afternoon, and Reed's was able to get someone to me in about 30 minutes! They fixed the issue quickly and the technician was polite and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for my future plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend Reed's Plumbing highly enough!

After struggling with a bathroom sink issue and paying two different plumbers who charged me without actually fixing the problem, I was understandably frustrated. Then I called Reed's Plumbing, and Sam came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue that no one else seemed able to solve.

A few months later, I made the mistake of calling a handyman for a problem with my kitchen sink because I thought it would save me some money. Unfortunately, the handyman not only failed to fix the original problem, but actually caused additional damage and charged me several hundred dollars in the process.

Once again, I called Reed's Plumbing. Sam and another technician came out, fixed both the original issue and the damage caused by the handyman, and charged me less than what the handyman had charged. The difference in professionalism, knowledge, and honesty was night and day.

I learned an expensive lesson: when it comes to plumbing, call the professionals first. What seems like a cheaper option can end up costing far more in the long run. Reed's Plumbing has earned my trust, and they will be my first call for any plumbing needs in the future. Thank you, Sam and the Reed's Plumbing team, for your outstanding work!

Tray was fast and efficient! They came through late at night when our A/C stopped working and fixed it very quickly. 10/10 recommend.

Had John and another plumber out to the house on 6/19/26 to assess a plumbing issue and install a cleanout port. They did a great job, worked fast, and explained the issues and what they did to fix them. Highly recommend!

I had the unusual situation of needing Peat Moss replaced in a septic filter system (not common in the area). It was very manually intensive work, and the core team of Drew, Dalton and Robbie did a fantastic job! I say "core team" as these 3 were here all day - a couple other people came for specific parts and helped as well. They kept me informed, made sure everything was in good working order, cleaned things up well and had a great attitude throughout. Appreciate them deploying the resources needed to get this done in 1 day. Many thanks!!

We had a bad valve and with the economy the way it as, as a father, naturally I stressed about it. Calling Reeds plumbing was a great idea because they put my mind at ease. From the moment I called they were very understanding and professional. They got me right on the schedule with fast and honest service. Trey came out today bright and early at 8am after an afternoon and night in hell (it was so hot) he came in and within the hour he had found the problem, fixed it, and was on his way. He had pretty chill energy as well as our dog who normally will bark at men didn’t even give him a second glance. On top of that it was very affordable and we cannot recommend them enough. Trey is my hero!

I had a great experience with Reed's plumbing today. We had a sewer line severed 10 feet out from our house that had caused about 3 inches of gross water to back up in our unfinished basement. If not for a rain delay, Reed's was ready to schedule the job the next day. Shane and Jerry did a great job pinpointing exactly where the break in the sewer line was. Also did a precise job excavating and repairing the broken sewer line. I was pleased as well that they didn't break our water supply line, which ran directly over the sewer pipe they had to fix. Great job guys!

Was a Sunday and I was out of town for work and my fiancee was home when the septic tank was backing up. I called reeds plumbing to pump my tank on off hours. New home owner, I signed up for the membership program to do routine maintenance. We’ve had them out a few times to our 100+ year old home and they’ve done a great job each time. Any time we’ve called, they were willing to meet right then. Even when I called to “complain” it ended up being my misunderstanding of the job/issue and not once did they make me feel dumb for that misunderstanding (shout out to Dan!). Great team!

Quick, efficient service to clear a clogged drain.

Everything about working with Reed's was A+. They answered my call immediately (a lot of other places took days to call me back, if at all), scheduled me the next day, arrived on time and did a great job pumping my septic which was a couple of years overdue. Robbie & Kyle knew their stuff and went the extra mile to make sure my tank was clean corner to corner. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, they came, did the job with a smile and left me as a happy customer. I've already got my next cleaning scheduled in a couple of years!

My sister told me she got a complimentary HVAC tune up from Reed’s Plumbing so I called to see if the offer was still available. It was not, but John took my information and said he’d ask his boss. He called me back almost immediately and said they could send someone out right away. Alfonso and Jose came and were so detail oriented, professional and kind. So had a back up I called Callahan they just up road and well $500 and couldn't do the job so next day I called reeds plumbing well they charged less and did the job Callahans couldn't do. Yea ill never make that mistake again you want it don right call the pro's

Had a new hot water tank installed! Everything from start to finish was professional, quick and friendly. The installer showed me all of the worked installed and went over operation and how to use the new pilot lighting system. After our furnace going out Reeds was able to get out to us same day. The crew was very nice and professional. They identified the problem quickly and were able to get it back up and running.

Huge shout out to Dan, Roman and Jose! They came out and were able to help get our furnace replaced and moved to the attic. They will be back out in a week or so to finish setting the condenser (pushed due to the snow). I would recommend Reed's for any HVAC or plumbing projects!

He has 20+ years of experience and it shows in the quality of his work. Reed’s plumbing has always been excellent to work with. Once again they were quick to get us scheduled to get us taken care of. This time our pipes were frozen and within two hours of calling to schedule, they were here and took care of us. The gentleman sent to take care of us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to give us advice on how to prevent this from happening again, by pointing out what caused our problem and how to fix it. I also requested to have an estimate of repairs to replace existing galvanized pipes with pex too have all new pex. They were here the same day and we are very happy with the result estimate. We have always had great success with Reeds Plumbing every time we needed a plumbing job done.

Incredible. Roman from Reeds is an incredible technician. I have a 2010 Rheem furnace that was shutting off after 5-10min. I cleaned the flame sensor but the problem persisted. I was dreading making the service call because an expensive part or new furnace is the LAST thing we wanted to hear about. Reed sent Roman out and Roman was extremely professional and courteous. Basically, he’s the guy you hope you’ll get when a technician shows up. It turned out that our systems drain channel had been clogged up and was shutting off the furnace as a safety protocol. That’s why it behaved intermittently and the times would vary. Roman was able to conduct a drain line inspection and clear the clog with a nitrogen purge. This repair was quite affordable. It was under $200 which was my hope. You really have to watch your back nowadays and do as much research as possible. If one doesn’t know their components, they can easily be taken advantage of and end up paying for things they don’t need. You don’t have to worry about that with Reeds. Reeds techs seem genuinely goal oriented towards getting you the most cost effective solution. Roman was HONEST. He could have easily told me that I needed a new $700-$1000 condenser motor replacement or sold us a new unit at a couple grand, but he is an honest bloke who is knowledgeable and good. He’s worth every penny. More, probably. I had him slap a Reeds sticker on the furnace so that all future repairs calls will be to them. I know ours certainly will be.

Called for a drain clog and Shane was out in like 30 minutes and gave me the option so I decided on the Hydro water option and I am waiting on an estimate for further repairs so this doesn’t keep happening. Shane and his helper did a great job and very knowledgeable. I would call them again.

I used Reeds Plumbing again yesterday and met up with Harry who has years of experience I was told. Harry did a great job of stopping the leak to my hot water line on my water heater. Harry installed all-around new metal pipe fittings to my water heater and best of all, no more leaks! Thank you Harry and Reeds Plumbing.

Had a problem with water draining from a bathtub in one room and instead of going out to the Septic, it came up in the Shower i the other bathroom and onto the floor. something was blocking it causing the problem. Needed to be able to clear it from the pipes running from Septic Tank to the bathroom. nothing tried before we called Reeds worked.

Dave is wonderful! Great job explains what was wrong and working to get it fixed. Sink was clogged deep in the line due to grease build up! We snaked multiple times and was able to get a hole made to allow drainage. Now to keep the kids from draining grease

As always, top notch service starting with when Thomas headed for our house. YOU are the only company I know that the customer can see in real time by GPS location of the tech and get a text when he is on property. That is awesome. Thomas was more than professional.
