I had a great experience with Reed's plumbing today. We had a sewer line severed 10 feet out from our house that had caused about 3 inches of gross water to back up in our unfinished basement. If not for a rain delay, Reed's was ready to schedule the job the next day. Shane and Jerry did a great job pinpointing exactly where the break in the sewer line was. Also did a precise job excavating and repairing the broken sewer line. I was pleased as well that they didn't break our water supply line, which ran directly over the sewer pipe they had to fix. Great job guys!

Was a Sunday and I was out of town for work and my fiancee was home when the septic tank was backing up. I called reeds plumbing to pump my tank on off hours. They was absolutely awesome and carrying to also take the time in check all area's to be sure no problem was current. Couldn't be more happy with this company.
