Called one morning when I noticed backup in my basement, I was thankfully put on the schedule for later that afternoon. I was kept up to date with expected arrivals by text and call. Technicians arrived and were able to diagnose and resolve the issue within a short timeframe. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and courteous of my house, even with dealing dragging a large machine into and out of steep basement stairs. Overall would highly recommend Reed’s based on their communication, friendliness, and technical knowledge.

Amazing experience!!! Reed’s Plumbing has the process worked out so smoothly! We called at 8:00 am with an emergency, had a bid in hand with explanation from Josh by 9:30 am, and the team of plumbers (Drew and Sam) and excavator (Michael) and cleanup (Michael and Cash) were on the job by noon and finished the entire project before 6pm. The whole crew was great! Very professional and their obvious expertise made us feel at ease. They worked through the heat with a great attitude.

Reed’s responded within 20 minutes after being contacted, John and Davis were very professional and courteous, while repairing the leak in the PVC drain tube, they made sure everything else was draining properly, we were in the attic where it was probably 125* but both men determined to work thru it. We were very happy with their efforts and outcome.

Reed's Plumbing did an excellent job fixing what turned out to be a complicated drainage issue at our place. From the very first call to book the appointment, communication was clear and professional every step of the way, with no confusion about timing or scope, just straightforward updates.

Malachi handled the repair and was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on in a way that made sense, got it fixed without cutting corners, and left all the pipes neater and more serviceable than what they were before. What really stood out was that he left the space cleaner than he found it, with no mess and nothing to clean up after he left.
